Howdy,
Not sure what category issue is being contested? Is it allowing Outlaw Category or the rules for Outlaw category?
There is precedent for allowing a category of choosing by Match Officials..

The rules are listed on the Outlaw website, outlawshooters.com.
Keystone
The rifle in the Outlaw category can be shot from the hip or from the shoulder......... shooter's choice. There are no separate categories. All are shot under the Outlaw category, according to the rules, and revolvers must be shot one handed.

Sounds like I get to name it!!!!@@
Regular outlaw as per rules and accepted norms will will call OUTLAW!
We will be having a category at Boom town called HIPPSTER OUTLAW!
ONLY RULES NO BREAKING OF 170, AND ALL GUNS SHOT FROM HIP IN A HIPSTER MANNER!!!
I will be shooting hipster OUTLAW, looking forward to my buckel!!( they are nice!).
I used to call it "Ultimate Outlaw" when I shot all guns from the hip. Only happened once or twice as it was difficult to get Outlaws to join me in that style of shoot. It Will separate the men from the boys.
