That is film of Missouri Lefty a number of years ago.  He is a very nice young man and one of the most talented shooters in the sport.

Slow motion at the end shows his technique. Notice the trigger finger is hitting nearly exactly the same spot on the trigger each round. Must have taken a lot of practice
