I would like to see our posses have the option to shoot when ready instead of a predetermined shooting order.
I like the shoot when ready option.
I think that we have been doing more of the shoot when ready here lately. As long as all of the working jobs are being accomplished I like it. Six people at the loading table and no one picking up brass is where the problem is. I do think the stages go faster with shoot when ready.

I agree with purely and slim shoot when ready is the way to go.
I've shoot on many posse,s that shoot in order and still don't have enough workers .
Advantages to when ready are no pressure on posse leader outscore keeper to choose who is first and no pressure on shooters especially new shooters or guest to be made uncomfortable.
A fun place and a place I feel comfortable shooting at brings me back month after month
