General Talk / Bogus Email

Last post by SuddenSam - June 29, 2026, 05:45:49 PM

Some of you have been getting a bogus email using my email address.  IT AIN'T ME.  If you get one and it offers a $300 Amazon gift card or if you see the end of the email address is @hotmail.com.  Again, IT AIN'T ME.  Don't know how this happened.  Sorry for any hassle.

General Talk / Moving with a closed shotgun

Last post by Tombstone - June 20, 2026, 07:41:15 PM

Today there was a shooter that shot two shotgun rounds, and moved with the gun closed to the next position or pretty close to it. I was asked about it and said I would look it up, well here it is.
That was a no call.
From ROBS
A shotgun is considered SAFE for movement (in hand, while moving through a stage) in
the following conditions only:
- Action Open, round in chamber or on carrier.
- Hammer(s) fully down on an empty chamber(s) or expended round(s), action closed

Last post by Double Barrel - June 18, 2026, 03:25:27 PM

Setup will be at the regular time of 8:30 Friday morning. Any help is always appreciated.

Sorry for the delay, I was waiting to see what the weather was going to do. The last time I looked it was supposed to be raining Friday morning.

Last post by Hurricanecharly - May 28, 2026, 05:29:47 PM

I wrote amazing stages for Saturday!
Some crazy fast, some pay attention  and 1 nothing silly but a fun target or 2.
Don't think we will have rain during shooting, maybe a drizzle, tmm is completely covered for shooting loading, unloading and cart parking!
See you all Saturday

General Talk / After the match Saturday

Last post by Double Barrel - May 27, 2026, 07:02:31 PM

With the possibility of the "R" word Saturday, I think it would be safer to go to an inside eatery after the match. So we will not have a cookout afterwards. Hopefully we will be able to the next 5th Saturday.
