Shotgun tips needed!

Slow Jen and I have been dry firing shot guns in the evening side by side.
She with her dbl barrel , me with my 97.
I do 4 over top for 8 ends she does 6 from her dbl.
We go back and forth on who wins.
Any way to slow her down?
