Thought I would start a thread to see what everyone  is doing with this down time and maybe pick up some ideas!
I'll start: tons of stuff to do around the house and yard that I have neglected  for 3 or 4 years for some reason🤔, problem is I don't want to get out more than necessary,  and it's boring;#!$%&,!
I believe Sunday I will inventory safes and pick  a safe queen to shoot and clean,  then I will start milling 2 8o% lowers I've had for 6 months just waiting for free time!
Stay busy freinds and share what you are up to.

Purly

I started painting my house. I finally got up enough nerve to climb the ladder and get the highest part.

Anybody interested in shooting a match ? How about putting  stages on the wire. If you have a home range or vin go to a range. Shoot the stages and post your times.

Well I loaded about 1600 rounds late last night and early this morning, now we just need some matches to use some of them. Took off the blades off of both push mowers and sharpened them and serviced both. Got to do the big mower tomorrow and then mow. I've been painting for 2-3 months and still not finished because I get tired of doing one thing and jump too another project.
Been retired 7 months now and still have a pretty long list. Oh yeah, I watch western movies or modern shoot'em ups most everyday too😁

Yes, we just need some stages, distances, etc

Hurricanecharly

Good job Purly if you need more motivation  on heights watch climbing cell phone tower to work on  red light video on YouTube! I almost had a panicky attack  watching it!
Mail in stages would be cool, do it with video ?
I should sharpen my blades also Red but I'll wait for 2 cuts to remember  were the rocks and roots are , it's been a year 🤯

Let's see...... Went to the grocery store.. opps ::) That was 3 weeks ago Monday. Caught a seed-thieven racoon and took him for a ride.

Not much. Housework, washing, dishes, cooking, and keeping up with Marlene's medicine and insulin. Cut hospice visits to minimum allowed, which is one nurse visit every two weeks.

Nice weather, gotta do some yard work.... 8)

Still have a few month's ammo ready to go, just need to use it.  :-\

The nurse is the only person we have allowed in our door for three weeks now.

Red if you keep painting at that pace it will be time to repaint again by the time you make it all the way round, just saying.
Ringer beep...  click click beeps pays off( heck on accuracy but geodon transitions).
Critter good to hear from you!  Sounds like you got the system down to a science!
All of us are thinking about you and Marlene and praying for good things.
Plan for mail in stage, or a start to how?

What's this extra time thing you speak of?
Still working regularly. That's a good thing.
First time I've ever been called essential.

Well, been painting the house, (again,) for four or five years. You guessed it: every time I get nearly finished,
I have to back up, make repairs, repaint weather damage, OR, add on something new. I figure I will be finished
when I can no longer climb the ladder, or hold a paint brush.
Let's see, mowed, push-mowed, weedeated. Planted tomatoes, planted a butterfly garden, raked some leaves.
Landscaped more with heavy stone, boulders, some of 'em. Laid some stone. Started flagstone around the fire pit.
Still working on the new 10' x 34' porch. Painted and trimmed a bedroom. About to start vinyl plank flooring in the
bathroom.
Changed oil in "Big Red," the Suburban. (Several more to go.) Yet to service, sharpen the mowers. One needs a part,
local lawn care specialist, closed.
Reloaded some, finally. .38 machine is completely worn out, replaced most of it several times. Lifetime warranty, but
ashamed to use it, now, as I have drilled it and added braces, etc. So... caliber converted a .32 machine, (she always
liked to single stage hers,) so now I mostly have it adjusted.
Most, not all, family issues on hold due to the virus. Most weeks it is good to score some birdseed and cat food. We are
fine, really.  :P
Harley.
