I heard a tornado went close to the range.
The wind blowed my pistol targets down but nor the rifle.
Any damage up your way ?

All good at the homestead, tornadoes hit several areas but we dodged the bullet.
All the  local cowboys ok as far as I heard.
Went to the range sunday afternoon to pick up tables and generally get ready for flood.
May swing by 1 afternoon to check how we faired.

Had a tornado warning around 12:30 am. No touchdown within a few miles that I'm aware of.
Five inches of rain.

We're fine (and very lucky).  No damage.  I slept thru the whole thing.

We just got our power on after Sunday's storm.  We only had one big branch down.  The rest of our neighborhood was not as fortunate.  Starting with the house next door (50 yards away), the rest of our neighborhood is a war zone.  No one died by us, but many have badly damaged homes.

Our daughter's neighborhood had one house destroyed across the street and 400 away strip mall wast totally destroyed.  This same storm hit my son in S. Carolina the next morning and trashed homes 1/4 mile from him.

I was finally able to get by the range a few minutes ago. The closer I got the more worried I became.
Many trees down close to Costco, then more on US 41, then I turned onto Wooten rd and the closer to Phoenix Farms the worse it got.
Turned down the driveway started seeing huge trees down some on houses. Headed on down the driveway and saw Layton and talked with him a while. He said the ranch had about 100 trees down across the property. Dr. Jennifer walked up about then and said the water backed up to the first gate on the left going down to the range.
I started driving down to the range and the pavilion was no longer there. Some of the huge pines were no longer standing. Looking down to the back of the pasture, trees were down all along the tree line.
I then drove on down to the range expecting the worst. But Rev. Adam Jones must have lassoed the wind and kept it away from the range because other than water, debris, mud, and a small tree We had little to no damage. This has gone on long enough so I'll stop here.

I would like to say thanks to the florida building code I'm used to doing we had no damage, but with the budget we had that's not the case!
Thank you Reverend  Adam Jones!!!!!

Been away for a while from the forums.
After the storms, cell service was iffy for a little while, then later, internet was mostly non- existent
for three or four days, here at home. Was able to get it going, but don't know the reason.
Glad to see that it not any worse than it is with most of the cowboys.
Maybe it will remind us to be vigilant, there might be more this spring.
