need a load for 45lc

anyone have a load for 45 lc using clays,trying to help a freind.

Back when I shot .45 Colt I used 4.9gr Clays behind a 200gr bullet. I have seen people go as low as 4.5gr behind the 200gr bullet but that light a load sometimes seems a little temperature sensitive. I never had any problems with 4.9gr.
