On our posse Frontier Missy won the Rooster crow contest, with Bucler kneed a distant second!
On stage 5 only me and Bucleer knees did not bother to take our shot gun up.
How did the other posses do, just curious who are chickens and who are roosters!

I shot Ultimate Outlaw Saturday to get in a little practice for the big shoot.  That was probably a big mistake since we had 5- 10" falling plates and a moving target to hit with the rifle from the hip.  Man was it fun but slow for me!  Both rifle misses were on that d#$& moving target!  Looking forward for other Outlaws to shoot Ultimate Outlaw at Boomtown.

I don't think the cable will hold a bigger target, best practice!
Did you clear the rifle rack from hip?

I did clear the falling plates missing only the first one by a few inches but hitting it on the second round.  The next four took only four shots.  I don't know why I had trouble on the moving target except it wouldn't hold still!

That is actually  pretty good shooting Too Tall!
I shot 30 ends from the hip in my pistols this evening,  it ain't easy!
Try rifle tomorrow,  any tips, other than 600000 rnds?

Its all instinct shooting as far as I can figure.  Some can and some can't but practice will help.  Hope there will be a fair
amount of shooters who will shoot Untimate Outlaw at Boom Town.  I don't guess there is a harder way to hit targets unless you add smoke to the mix.  I never understood why people quit shooting cowboy because the targets were too big and close.  All you have to do is shoot Outlaw if you want a challenge......I did.
